Flo Neacsu moved to South Africa in 2012 and started working as a hairdresser in January 2013. In 2014 he opened his first salon and within 6 months was fully booked with a 2 weeks waiting time.
Most new clients came as referrals. Flo managed to increase his prices by 100% in 2 years, bringing in a consistent turnover of $4,000 from his services alone — with his salon generating $40,000+/month. Now he has 3 months waiting list.
The salon doesn't rely on hiring expert hairdressers because Flo's methodology creates experts from any hairdresser. His vision is to empower as many hairdressers as possible so they can live their maximum potential.
